Qualities

• Physically, emotionally, and professionally capable of properly and effectively completing all aspects of landscaping projects

• Must be self-motivated, have a passion for landscaping, be goal-oriented, reliable and must have a strong work ethic

• Capable of producing a productive, goal-oriented work environment by motivating others

• Must have a willingness to learn

• Strong customer service skills are a must

• Currently attending some form of educational institution

About the Position

• Trimming & mowing grass, debris/garbage removal, weeding, and assisting other departments as needed

• Provide recommendations to the maintenance manager regarding ideas on how to improve processes and procedures

• Meet desired production rates, quality control, and safety measures

• Assist in meeting or exceeding job time and material targets

• Follow and model the values and culture of the organization
